What is your return policy?
Since we are raising money to donate, our items are sales-final.  However, please contact us if you have questions or problems with your purchase.

What organizations do you give to?
Certain items we sell will have 100% of proceeds going to non-profits (details are in the product description).  At least 15% of proceeds from the rest of our products also go to non-profits.

When will my order ship?
Our products are handmade to order, which means we don’t make them until you purchase them.  Please give us 1-2 weeks to get your product to you.  Thank you for understanding!

How do you make your items?
It depends on the item but we hand dye some of the leather, cut the leather, punch holes in it and put the hardware in.

Do you take large orders and customize items for events like weddings and parties?
Yes!  If you have an idea, please let us know and we can work on something together.  We can definitely do large orders – in 2019 we made 120 keychains for a wedding and in 2020 we made 250 keychains for a summer camp.
